To help prevent overflowing containers and allow time for proper route scheduling, please submit a pickup request before your container becomes completely full.

We recommend requesting service when there is approximately 6–8 inches of space remaining in the container, or when the next oil emptying would cause the container to overflow.

Whenever possible, please provide about 1 week notice before your container reaches capacity. Advance notice helps us efficiently plan routes and provide timely service for all customers.

If your container is already full or nearing overflow, please still contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
