Purpose & Authorization

The Provider authorizes Pure Drop Oil Recovery (“Collector”) to access the Provider’s premises solely for the purpose of collecting used cooking oil. Collection may occur on a scheduled basis or as requested by the Provider and is limited strictly to oil recovery activities in accordance with this Agreement.*

Collection Schedule

Oil collection shall occur on an as-needed basis. The Provider is responsible for notifying the Collector when the container is approaching capacity. The Collector is not responsible for overflow, contamination, or service delays resulting from late or missed notifications.*

Ownership & Use of Collected Oil

Upon collection, all used cooking oil becomes the sole property of the Collector. The Collector may recycle, process, or otherwise repurpose the oil at its discretion, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.*

Accepted Materials Policy

The provided container is designated for used cooking oil only. The Provider shall not place water, cleaning agents, grease trap waste, or food materials—including but not limited to eggshells, produce scraps, or other organic waste—into the container. Introduction of non-approved materials may contaminate the oil and render it unsuitable for recovery. Oil deemed unusable due to improper contents may result in disposal fees, and repeated violations may lead to suspension*

Container Use & Oil Quality

The container lid must remain securely closed at all times except when oil is actively being added. This requirement helps prevent contamination from rain, debris, and other foreign materials. Oil that is excessively contaminated may require disposal at the Provider’s expense. Repeated failure to comply with container guidelines may result in suspension or termination of service.*

Liability & Indemnification

The Provider assumes all responsibility for the proper use, placement, and condition of the oil container while on the Provider’s premises. The Provider agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Collector, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Provider’s misuse of the container, improper disposal of materials, contamination of oil, or failure to comply with this Agreement*

Term & Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party upon providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party.*

The lid to the oil container must remain on the container at all times, except while actively putting oil in the container.*

No water or cleaning supplies, or egg shells are to be disposed in the oil container for any reason*
